Role Summary:

  • Design brochure concepts and templates aligning with our branding strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency and uphold visual identity in every design.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand specific brochure requirements supporting sales objectives and strategic goals.
  • Handle revisions and feedback, and prepare final brochure files for production ensuring quality, adherence to specs, and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with latest design software, brochure production techniques, and industry trends.
  • Manage multiple brochure projects, effectively prioritising tasks, and meeting strict deadlines.

Role Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of design principles with emphasis on brochure layout and production.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related.
  • 5 years of experience in a Graphic Design role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in B2B brochure design.
  • Advanced proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite, and strong grasp of design, print and digital asset delivery processes.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in brochure production.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to develop compelling and on-brand visual solutions across sales enablement channels, and in particular brochure design in print or digital format.  The ideal candidate will transform ideas into compelling designs that communicate effectively with our target audience and support our marketing and branding initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a track record of delivering impactful creative in  B2B environments where there is a focus on high value sales and complex propositions.

Requirements

  • Brochure Conceptualisation and Design: Support the development and presentation of innovative brochure concepts and templates, ensuring that all materials—whether print or digital—are visually compelling, strategically aligned and fulfilling their purpose in a high performing way.
  • Visual Identity: Uphold Newton’s visual identity across all brochure designs, guaranteeing brand consistency in every detail.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand specific brochure requirements, ensuring designs support both sales objectives and broader strategic goals.
  • Revisions and Feedback: Produce rough drafts and mock-ups of brochures, actively incorporating feedback from colleagues to refine and perfect the final output.
  • Technical Production: Prepare final brochure files for production, collaborating with external printers and digital production teams to ensure exceptional quality, adherence to specifications, and timely delivery.
  • Trend Awareness: Remain up to date with the latest design software, brochure production techniques, and industry trends to deliver fresh, innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple brochure projects at once, effectively prioritising tasks and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Your Level of Experience

  • Design Fundamentals: In-depth understanding of design principles, with a particular emphasis on brochure layout and production.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a graphic design role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in brochure design and delivery, especially for B2B environments.
  • Technical: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Production Knowledge: Strong grasp of design, print production, and digital asset delivery processes, specifically relating to brochures.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to thrive under pressure, balancing multiple brochure projects and meeting demanding deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, particularly in the context of brochure production.
