Wellness Travel Product Executive/Retreat producer/Creator

The role:

This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about travel, wellness, and product (retreat) creation who wants to grow within a purpose-led company. As Product Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager with all aspects of product development and retreat creation. This includes researching and sourcing new venues, managing supplier relationships, some financial planning, scheduling retreats, and ensuring each experience delivers excellence for our guests and aligns with our brand values.

Key responsibilities:

• Research, source, and evaluate new destinations and venues.
• Assist in developing retreat financial plans, ensuring profitability and viability.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with venues and suppliers.
• Assist and learn to negotiate rates, contracts, and payment schedules.
• Upload and maintain retreat products on our booking and website platforms.
• Manage on-page SEO and ensure visibility and accuracy of listings.
• Create product manuals and training materials for each new destination to train the in-house office and retreat teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Bookings teams to continuously review products and optimise each destination retreat offering.
• Assist with venue audits, risk assessments, and feedback management.
• Support annual retreat calendar planning and scheduling.
• Travel to venues for experience and understanding our product offering and  relationship-building
• Continuously review product processes, contributing to improved efficiency and communication in this department.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in the travel industry in a product role
• loves yoga and has an understanding of the yoga travel industry, as it varies from mainstream travel
• Have experience in organising and running retreats
• Have had experience with numbers, financial planning, and budgets
• A degree in Travel and Tourism or Hospitality desirable, not essential
• A passionate and dynamic person who thrives in a reactive fast paced environment and works collaboratively, supportively and positivity.
