Role Summary

  • Assist in managing goods movement in the supply chain in SAP
  • Support logistics team in tracking and analyzing inventory levels
  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers for shipment scheduling and issue resolution
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare reports & presentations for management, and handle other administrative tasks

Role Requirements

  • Caring attitude toward our mission with strong desire to help
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Eagerness to learn, take on challenges and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Spanish
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

🎯 The Challenge


  • Assist in coordinating and managing the movement of goods through our supply chain in SAP.
  • Support the logistics team in tracking and analyzing inventory levels.
  • Help prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to schedule shipments and resolve any issues.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.
