Lyst, a renowned global fashion platform, is in search of a dedicated Partner Growth Technical Executive. Founded in 2010 and now partnered with Zozo, we serve over 160M customers annually, merging luxury fashion across 27,000 world-leading brands. Participating in transforming fashion shopping via AI and technology, we believe in enhancing every aspect of fashion shopping with more choice, inspiration, and enjoyment. As a member of our partner success squad, your mission will be to provide technical support to our retail partners.

Role Summary:

  • Managing technical support and ensuring seamless solutions for partner performance.
  • Serving as the go-to person for our retailers for troubleshooting, support, and as an internal advocate.
  • Using our tools to maintain product feeds and integrations, handle support tickets, and resolve issues with feed providers.


Role Requirements:

  • Experience in a partner-focused role preferably at a fast-growing business or in an affiliate marketing or technical customer support function.
  • Excellent technical support and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with comfort in communicating technical solutions with senior-level partners.
  • Organisational skills and experience in managing process, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Excel, Looker or similar.
  • Eagerness to quickly grasp and learn new technical concepts and systems.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Partner Growth Technical Executive to join the partner success squad, whose mission is to create solutions for our retail partners to better support their business needs. The role offers a fantastic entry point for an experienced and technically minded individual, looking to make a career move into a growing technology company. Joining Lyst means you’ll be working closely with skilled Partner Growth Managers, Engineers and recognisable brands, providing a solid foundation for anyone looking to grow in a technology focused career path.

This role is responsible for managing technical support across our partner relationships to ensure seamless solutions that drive partner performance. You’ll be the go to contact for a range of retailers, troubleshooting problems, supporting their day to day needs, and acting as their internal advocate. You’ll use our internal tools to maintain and migrate product feeds and integrations, run regular checks, handle support tickets, and work closely with feed providers to resolve issues.

We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is comfortable owning complex problems from diagnosis through to resolution. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in an ever changing environment and possess a strong blend of technical acumen and relationship management skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Partner Focused Role: Proven experience in a similar position, ideally gained at a fast-growing business (affiliate marketing network/agency specifically would be ideal) or in a similar affiliate marketing or technical customer support function for a retailer.
  • Technical Support Expertise: Excellent technical support and troubleshooting abilities as well as experience in managing the technical aspects of varied and complex partner relationships.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills. You must be comfortable communicating technical solutions and troubleshooting issues with senior-level partners.
  • Process and Organisationally Minded: Strong organisational skills and demonstrable experience in managing processes, using tools like Jira, Excel, and Looker (or similar) to effectively prioritise, track, and manage numerous partner requests.
  • A Technical Learner: A genuine comfort and eagerness to quickly grasp and learn new technical concepts, systems, and internal tools.
