Role Summary

  • Guarantee smooth delivery of external programs including our new Accelerator offer.
  • Coordinate personnel, processes, logistics and partner inputs across online and in-person delivery models.
  • Synchronize collaboration, administration and progress tracking.
  • Help Programme Leads by focusing on strategy and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adapt delivery based on feedback.

The Role To ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of all operational and participant support aspects for external programmes, including our new Accelerator offer. This role is responsible for coordinating people, processes, logistics, and partner inputs across different delivery models (online and in-person) so that programmes run smoothly, participants are well-supported, and reporting is accurate. The Coordinator acts as the hub for collaboration, administration, and progress tracking—enabling Programme Leads to focus on strategy and outcomes. The role drives continuous improvement and adapts delivery in response to participant and partner feedback.
