What you will do:

As an Impact Investment Origination Associate/Analyst, you will sit at the heart of the Impact and Origination team, identifying partners who are building resilience in underserved markets.

Direct IC Exposure: Work directly with the Investment Committee to support their decision-making, preparing materials and helping determine which deals progress to full diligence.

Collaborative Analysis: Partner with the Lead on sourcing and financial assessment of new opportunities, helping the team understand real-world risks and rewards.

Global Impact: Research and identify diverse sectors including across the Global South and developed countries, from women-led SMEs in emerging markets to community housing in the UK.

Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner to investees and co-investors, managing relationships with empathy and professionalism.

Impact Integrity: Support the monitoring process to ensure every dollar deployed is making a measurable difference.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a financial professional who combines strong technical, modeling and process skills with a dedication to our mission.

Experience: Approximately 3–6 years in a financial analysis role, such as Investment Banking M&A/LF, Private Equity, or Private Debt.

Global Mindset: Experience with, background from, or a strong interest in Emerging Markets.

Skillset: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex information with clarity.

Values: A genuine commitment to social equity and supporting underserved communities.

Education: Top-tier undergraduate education.

Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Visa Sponsorship.

Location: London, UK (Full Time). 

Hybrid: 1 day in office, 4 days flexible in office or from home as you prefer
