Role Summary:

We are on an exciting growth journey and are looking to recruit across our Analyst, Consultant, and Senior Consultant levels, based in London, Bristol, and Manchester. Roles involve working with clients including central and local government, the NHS, and civil society.
Role Purpose
To work proactively as part of the PPL team with responsibility for supporting business development and delivery on behalf of the organisation and its clients. This will entail:
• Analysing, co‑designing, and supporting implementation of business and organisational strategies
• Setting up, supporting and evaluating client and internal programmes, projects and resources
• Developing existing and new client relationships
• Building internal and client materials, products, resources and capacity for transformational change
• Delivering high‑quality, sustainable outcomes PPL
Key Responsibilities
A) Business Development
• Support development of PPL’s core business areas
• Maximise key client interactions on behalf of PPL
• Support development of new business opportunities through to contract award
• Support overall annual business and strategic planning processes PPL
B) Strategic Development
• Work in partnership with assigned clients and partner organisations on strategic development
• Undertake gap analysis, identify opportunities/issues and support appropriate action
• Develop business cases for change including costs and benefits PPL
C) Programme and Project Delivery
• Deliver programmes and projects on time and on budget
• Define work packages and deliverables
• Manage scope, quality, risks, issues, budgets, and resources within assigned areas PPL
D) Resource Management
• Support deployment of PPL’s human and financial resources
• Ensure compliance with PPL policies and procedures
• Support realisation of PPL’s values at both individual and organisational level
