In line with our US expansion, we are establishing a strong presence on the East Coast and we are seeking a Sales & Community Activation Manager based in New York City.

Role Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel 10 - 40% of the time

The role: As the Sales & Community Activation Manager based in New York City, you will be pivotal in growing brand-aligned wholesale partnerships and transforming our NYC store into a vibrant community hub. You will manage a broader East Coast sales territory, from NYC to Miami, including major cities like Boston, DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and the Carolinas. Your responsibilities will include leading the territory plan and targets, managing and growing relationships with Lighthouse and Core+ ational partners, leading seasonal sell-ins with clear franchise-led storytelling, and supporting sell-through with practical tools. Additionally, you will build a high-quality pipeline, track trading and margin, and work closely with central sales operations and selected external reps.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in wholesale/account management and/or community/activation marketing, preferably within the wellness, performance, outdoor, run, or lifestyle sectors. You should have a proven track record with premium or values-led brands and national retailers, be comfortable owning a territory plan, negotiating terms, and building lasting partnerships. Experience in delivering events, workshops, and activations, as well as using sales and marketing reporting platforms, is essential. A strong relationship-builder, you should be organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 10 - 40% of the time are required.
