The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead retention and winback initiatives within our Marketing Centre of Excellence. This role is crucial for someone who excels at combining data, creativity, and technology to create personalized, impactful communications aimed at engaging, converting, and retaining patients. You will be responsible for owning retention and winback performance across various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail. Your role will involve constant experimentation, iteration, and scaling of successful strategies.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing roles, with a strong analytical mindset and technical fluency in CRM platforms like Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, etc. Experience in developing segmentation strategies and personalized communications at scale is essential. We value excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
