Role Summary
- You will form a part of our commercial team and report to the Ecommerce Trading Manager.
- Your role will involve launching and activating products on-site and ensuring their accurate merchandising.
- You will carry out daily site reviews to ensure alignment with brand standards and sales priorities.
- It will be your responsibility to optimize the customer journey using reporting and on-site insights.
- You will also manage upsells, cross-sells, product recommendations, and site navigation.
- Supporting the Trade Manager with promotions, price changes, and on-site campaigns will also be part of your responsibilities.
Role Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in online merchandising
- Experience in Magento or Shopify a benefit
- Strong knowledge of Ecommerce principles & best practices
- Experience in online visual merchandising, UX and optimisation
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Content Square
- Analytical skills, communication skills, and an eye for detail are a must
- Able to work at Nature HQ in Wrington at least twice a week
- Knowledge of a second EU language is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You’ll be responsible for bringing our product story to life on-site. Your work will shape how customers discover, navigate, and shop our collections across all regions. Through smart merchandising, insight-led improvements, and close collaboration with Trading, Content, Marketing and Category teams, you’ll help deliver a seamless, high-converting customer journey.
What you'll be doing....
You will be part of the Commercial team and reporting to the Ecommerce trading Manager.
Product Launch & Site Accuracy
Launch and activate products on-site in line with marketing and trade plans.
Ensure all SKUs are correctly merchandised within the right categories and consistently review the site for accuracy.
Carry out daily site walk-throughs to ensure merchandising is aligned with brand standards and regional sales priorities.
Keep pricing, product information, and availability accurate for each region, reporting and resolving any anomalies quickly.
Optimising the Customer Journey
Use reporting and on-site insights to merchandise effectively based on localised availability, demand, and performance.
Track the impact of merchandising changes and use findings to inform future decisions.
Manage upsells, cross-sells, and product recommendations to support conversion and AOV.
Ensure all products remain discoverable and shoppable across the experience.
Search, Navigation & Content
Monitor site search performance by region, identifying poor-converting or high-intent terms and recommending improvements.
Support ongoing site search optimisation to drive relevance and conversion.
Suggest localised content and navigation improvements based on search insights and customer behaviour.
Monitor 404 reports and implement redirects to maintain a smooth customer journey.
Trading & Promotions
Support the Trade Manager in delivering the Trade Calendar by setting up promotions, price changes, and on-site campaigns.
Assist with promo code creation and management.
Ensure site content is aligned with seasonal launches, brand campaigns, and the wider marketing plan.
What do you need to apply?
– 3+ years of online merchandising experience.
– Experience in Magento or Shopify a benefit.
– Strong knowledge of Ecommerce principles & best practices.
– Experience in online visual merchandising, UX and optimisation.
– Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Content Square
– Second EU language (desired, not essential)
– Analytical skills to analyse reporting and turn into actions.
– Strong communication skills.
– The ability to come into our Nature HQ in Wrington at least twice a week - please note this is a remote location and ideally you will have transport.
