Role Summary
- Work with an exceptional team to lead multiple transactions and assume real deal responsibility.

Role Requirements
- 2-9 years of relevant Professional Experience, including technical work at a major financial institution.
- Significant financial analysis and investment modeling skills.
- Experience with Private Debt transactions is highly desirable.
- Interest or understanding of emerging markets, notably Sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia.
- Keenness to incorporate impact analysis into investments.
- Top-tier undergraduate education.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Visa Sponsorship.

What you will do:
In a small, elite team you will work in a uniquely rewarding balance of high degrees of autonomy and full support from more experienced colleagues.
You will lead multiple transactions, and to take true deal responsibility in a flat and supportive structure.
Working with an excellent sourcing team you will be responsible for analysis, management and exit of investments as your Impact Investing acumen grows.
You will contribute to or lead special projects including market research, strategy and development of investment processes.
You will achieve a work/life balance rarely seen in such a high quality buyside firm.
Who we are looking for:
Focussed on the individual, we are open to a range of people with c2-9 years relevant Professional Experience, including a technical foundation in Corporate Finance related work at a major Financial Institution: eg M&A or Leveraged Finance at an Investment Bank, or private investments at a Private Equity / Private Credit firm.
Real technical skills including hands-on financial analysis and modeling of investments.
Particular experience with Private Debt transactions will be very attractive.
Background from, passion for, interest in or understanding of Emerging Markets: Specifically Sub-Saharan Africa; South-East Asia.
Shared passion for making a long-term positive impact, and a keenness to learn to apply impact analysis to investments.

Education: Top-tier undergraduate education.
