As a Risk & Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will:

- Advanced degrees like MBA or JD are a plus

A key project for 2026 will involve supporting Arc's legal restructure to ensure timely execution and seamless operational transition.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, with 4-6 years of deep expertise in risk management and/or compliance. Advanced degrees like an MBA or JD are desirable. You should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
