The Role As a Risk & Regulatory Compliance Officer at Climate Arc, you will uphold our high standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. Your responsibilities will include managing core risk and compliance functions, developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, conducting assessments and audits, and providing internal training. A key project for 2026 will involve supporting Arc's legal restructure to ensure timely execution and seamless operational transition.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, with 4-6 years of deep expertise in risk management and/or compliance. Advanced degrees like an MBA or JD are desirable. You should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits This remote-first position offers a salary range of £55,000 to £65,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous paid time off, a health and wellbeing program, 9% employer contribution to retirement planning, enhanced family pay and leave policies, and a nomad working policy.
