Customer Experience Specialist (ANZ)

The role: As a Customer Experience Specialist for TTG based in Melbourne, you will play a vital role in ensuring an efficient overall sales and operations workflow between our clients, suppliers, partners, and our organization. This role is a key contact point across the operations, product, finance, and sales divisions of the company. The CES is an important contributor to the overall efficient workflow process of the sales and operations function. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys collaboration and working to defined timelines, and who can demonstrate attention to detail and exceptional time and calendar management. The role will also incorporate project work at certain periods throughout the year. The role is based in our Melbourne office, with a mix of office and WFH hours.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator, curious, client-focused, courageous, organized, and community-oriented. Relevant experience within the travel industry and destination knowledge of the countries we operate in are important.
