Adventure Leader

The Learning Adventure is a leading educational tour provider, part of the Transforma Travel Group, which offers bespoke itineraries for school and university students globally. Our mission is to deliver transformative travel experiences that expand minds and inspire the next generation of global citizens.

The role: As an Adventure Leader, you will lead educational tours in your host country for groups from the UK, US, and English-speaking international schools. Tours typically last between 5 to 14 days. This role requires a passion for travel and education, aiming to inspire young people about their host country and learning experiences. This is a freelance position, with tours offered throughout the year.

Job requirements: Candidates must have excellent English language skills, be based in the country they will lead tours, and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the destination and local language skills are advantageous, as is experience leading groups.
