Client Experience Executive – Sports

The Role: As a Client Experience Executive in our Sports Department, you will ensure a seamless experience for teachers and educational institutions from booking to post-trip. You will prepare school groups for global sports-related travel, working closely with Operations and Sales teams. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, preparing travel documents, and ensuring clients are well-informed and excited about their trips.

Job Requirements: We seek a candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong customer service background, preferably in travel or education, and a passion for sports. Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication platforms is essential.
