The Role: As a Campaign Specialist, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities. This includes campaign management, marketing automation, and partnerships. You will be part of a small, hands-on team, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and external partners to enhance brand visibility and drive bookings for our tours in Asia and South America. This role demands strong organizational skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on marketing experience.
Job Requirements: - Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Liaise with designers and video editors to deliver high-quality campaign assets. - Lead website copywriting and content creation, ensuring consistency with our brand voice. - Support the development of automated workflows within HubSpot to enhance audience engagement. - Track and report on key marketing KPIs. - 3-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the travel industry. - Proficiency in SEO, content creation, and Google Analytics. - Experience with CMS tools, preferably WordPress, and familiarity with HubSpot.
