The role: As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Busuu, you'll play a key role in driving Busuu's growth through expert performance marketing management, process innovation, and team leadership. You'll balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight, ensuring our marketing channels perform efficiently and scale effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing channel performance, implementing optimization strategies, quality-assuring campaign structures, building and refining team-wide processes, developing frameworks for bidding, and leading the ongoing development of our testing framework.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with deep expertise in Google Marketing Platform and mastery of at least one additional acquisition channel (ASA, Meta, or TikTok). You should have a proven ability to design and execute controlled experiments within a marketing experimentation framework, a process-driven mindset, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and experience leading, inspiring, and developing marketing talent.
