Change Please is a social enterprise that has evolved from a small coffee cart in Covent Garden in 2015 to an international business with a mission to end homelessness in 4 countries. We use all profits from our award-winning coffee, sold by our wholesale and retail teams, to support people experiencing homelessness. This includes providing barista training, living wage employment, and access to various support services. Our approach is about empowering individuals, not just providing handouts. We partner with other organizations to help them fulfill their social value commitments, focusing on diverse and marginalized groups.

The role: As a Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in helping us meet our sales, profit, and impact targets. This involves managing and developing relationships with key customers, as well as seeking new business opportunities. You will be a primary representative of Change Please in the market, managing major and regional accounts within our core London area. Your responsibilities will include site visits, presentations, and barista training.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in FMCG account management, particularly with food service clients, is crucial. Knowledge of coffee and barista skills are highly advantageous. You should be organized, able to manage multiple projects, and possess strong commercial acumen. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure.

Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to be part of a company that is making a significant social impact. The role is based in our London office with some travel required, and we are committed to flexibility, especially regarding family commitments.
