Lead Barista Trainer

The role: As the Lead Barista Trainer, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality coffee and customer service. You will manage daily café operations, uphold our service standards, and lead the development of new baristas. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring individuals facing homelessness, empowering them with the skills needed for future employment. This role requires a combination of hands-on barista expertise, leadership skills, and a deep commitment to our mission.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a barista, exceptional training abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
