## 💡 ABOUT US

EdgeComply is a product compliance service provider for manufacturers worldwide. The headache we solve: to sell products in Europe and beyond, manufacturers need certifications like CE marking. Otherwise, they risk fines, product recalls, and personal prosecution.

But the process is confusing, and the market is dominated by slow, old-school behemoths that are a pain to work with.

That’s where we come in: We are a modern, agile, digital, and fast compliance consultancy. Our Project Managers work on-site in London and are supported by a vast, highly vetted pool of remote compliance experts who execute the technical work.

## 👇 ABOUT THE ROLE

● Full-Time | 🏢 On-Site (London, Design District)

This role exists to multiply the Founder’s commercial output. As Founder’s Associate (Commercial), you work directly with the CEO on the most important revenue-related activities: qualifying opportunities, shaping deals, handling key conversations, and ensuring nothing critical falls through the cracks.

This is not a narrow sales role. It’s a high-context, high-expectation position for someone who wants to learn how a founder thinks, decides, and executes commercially in real time.

## 🛠️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

🧠 Decision Support & Context Building

  • Prepare briefs on inbound opportunities so decisions can be made quickly
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients, pricing logic, and risk trade-offs

📞 Founder-Led Commercial Execution

  • Sit in on high-stakes client conversations and take structured notes
  • Take ownership of follow-ups, next steps, and execution after key calls

📄 Deals, Offers & Strategic Materials

  • Draft and iterate on proposals, scopes, and client-facing documents
  • Pressure-test assumptions around pricing, timelines, and scope

🔄 Momentum & Prioritisation

  • Ensure the Founder’s commercial priorities move forward without friction
  • Track deal status, dependencies, and internal alignment

🤝 Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate between commercial discussions and delivery teams
  • Support clean handovers and expectation-setting

## 🎯 WHAT YOU ARE MEASURED BY

  • Founder time saved and leverage created
  • Quality and speed of commercial execution
  • Soundness of decisions and preparation
  • Progression of key deals and relationships

## 🧠 WHO YOU ARE

  • High-Agency Operator: You see what needs doing and act
  • Fast Learner: You absorb context quickly and connect dots
  • Commercially Sharp: You understand incentives, trade-offs, and leverage
  • Calm & Trustworthy: You handle sensitive conversations and information
  • Detail-Driven: You don’t let small mistakes create big problems
  • Ambitious: You want steep responsibility growth

## ☕ LOGISTICS

This is a full-time, on-site role.

  • Minimum 4 days/week in our office at the Design District (easy 3-minute walk from North Greenwich station)
  • 12 min Waterloo ⇄ North Greenwich | 8 min Stratford ⇄ North Greenwich
  • Flexibility for occasional remote work
  • Occasional evening calls with West Coast US clients (8–9 pm London time)
