Organisation Summary

The Longevity Show is a brand new major event set to launch in London on 26-27 June 2026. As an intersection of health, culture, and technology, our event brings together headline speakers, live demonstrations, and workshops to discuss the future of longevity and preventative healthcare. This role gives you the opportunity to work on a global platform with expansion plans to the US and APAC.

  • Proven ability to balance multiple workstreams

About the role:

This role will play a key part in the content and programme delivery for The Longevity Show, supporting the development of both our consumer facing stages and the Business of Longevity Conference.

Working closely with the Content Lead, you will support research, agenda development, speaker outreach, relationship management and the coordination of speakers and partners across the event. You will help shape sessions, manage communications with high profile speakers and contribute to delivering a world class programme at the intersection of longevity, preventative health, science, technology and culture.

About The Longevity Show:

The Longevity Show is a major new flagship event launching in London on 26–27 June 2026 at Tobacco Dock. The show combines a high energy consumer expo, headline speakers, live demos, workshops and a dedicated industry conference focused on the longevity economy and the future of preventative healthcare.

Following the London launch, there are plans to expand The Longevity Show into international markets, including the US and APAC, making this a rare opportunity to help shape a platform with global ambition.

Requirements

This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their content or events career with a genuine interest in longevity, health or wellbeing.

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in events, media, research, journalism, publishing or a related field (internships included)
  • Strong research skills and the ability to synthesise complex information clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
    Interest in longevity, healthspan, preventative health or healthcare is a strong advantage

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Manage communications with high-profile speakers including clinicians, founders, investors, researchers and brand leaders
  • Support speaker outreach, follow ups, briefings and preparation calls
  • Maintain accurate and up to date speaker trackers and databases
  • Research emerging voices, trends and companies across longevity, healthtech, clinics and consumer health
  • Support agenda development across panels, keynotes, roundtables, VIP experiences and live activations
  • Draft session titles, descriptions and briefing documents
  • Assist with on site experiences including Q&As, fireside chats, demos, workshops and podcast recordings
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations and experience teams to ensure content aligns with partner and audience needs
