The Role

- Previous commercial role experience in a Direct-to-Customer (D2C) brand and understanding of local & international supply chains.

The Role We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead our efforts in diversifying our product range and discovering new revenue streams. This role is not a traditional sales position but rather a strategic product and commercial role focused on shaping our offerings and pricing strategies. You will identify and validate new product opportunities, develop the commercial strategy to enhance Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV), and ensure each new range contributes positively to our financial performance. Collaboration with procurement, operations, marketing, and finance teams will be crucial to drive innovation and deliver products that our customers love.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, relationship and performance management abilities, supplier negotiation skills, and a knack for influencing and risk management. You should be adept at planning and commercial strategy, problem-solving, adaptability, financial and budgetary literacy, and have high spreadsheet competency. Excellent organization and prioritization skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-pressured environment. Required experience includes a background in a D2C brand in a commercial role with a proven track record of driving range performance, hands-on experience from concept to launch of physical products, and a strong understanding of local and international supply chains.
