Role Summary:
- Work on the development of the WONE app, a B2B2C platform focussed on stress management.

- Understand business requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, including full stack development.
- Expertise in frontend technologies like React and backend systems (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Experience with mobile app development, particularly React Native, is highly desirable.

The role: As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Walking on Earth, you will play a crucial role in developing the WONE app, our B2B2C platform aimed at redefining how stress is measured, understood, and mitigated. You will work on the WONE Coach, an AI-native platform that delivers personalized health plans and helps users manage stress proactively. Your responsibilities will include understanding business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly into users' lives.
Job requirements: We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including full stack development. Proficiency in frontend technologies, particularly React, and backend systems (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript) is required. Experience with mobile app development, especially React Native, is a strong plus. A passion for using technology to promote wellbeing and reduce stress is essential.
