Role Summary
- Serve as a Client Engagement & Delivery Lead focusing on Tech Transformation.
- Design and implement initiatives for modernizing public services and accelerating digital transformation.
- Work under the supervision of the Senior Director for Client Engagement and Delivery.
- Identify government needs, shape engagement opportunities, and cooperate with the R&D Innovation Lab to plot and execute tech solutions.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience delivering complex digital transformations in government settings.
- Deep understanding of public-sector operations.
- Prior experience as a senior-level practitioner or implementer.
- Strong technical orientation with the ability to engage with engineering teams on solution architecture and delivery pipelines.
- Proven record of managing multi-stakeholder programs.
