Role Summary: - Assume whole responsibility of a site in Central London, handling operations, service, occupancy, retention, and team management.
Role Requirements: - Lead a small team, ensuring a high-performing culture. Guaranteed operational and compliance standards. Address and resolve building and facility issues swiftly. Cooperation with the Commercial team to promote occupancy, retention and churn outcomes. Handle site P&L and maintain performance in line with targets. Develop relationships with members, partners, and local networks.

The Role: General Manager London
We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on leader to take full ownership of one of our Central London sites.
You’ll be the driving force behind its performance - responsible for operations, service, occupancy and retention, and for leading a small team to deliver an exceptional member experience every day.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in hospitality or co-working and is ready to take the next step - combining operational excellence, commercial focus and people leadership in one role.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will revolve around:
- Lead your site team (1–3 people), building a motivated, high-performing culture.
- Deliver an outstanding service experience that keeps members happy and proud to belong.
- Maintain exceptional operational and compliance standards - your site will always be “showroom ready.”
- Own and solve building and facilities issues - from HVAC, to wifi to lifts, buildings throw up challenges: you’re responsible for keeping it all running smoothly
- Work closely with the Commercial team to drive occupancy, retention and churn outcomes.
- Manage the site P&L, ensuring spend and performance are in line with targets.
- Build strong relationships with members, partners and local networks - you’re the face of RWE.
- Spot and solve problems fast - from facilities to process improvements you’re always looking to make things better.
