Role Summary

The role: As a Customer Success Manager at CarbonChain, you will be instrumental in supporting our customers to achieve their climate goals. You will act as a customer champion, utilizing our cutting-edge software designed to automate the carbon footprinting of supply chains. Our clients, including banks, traders, and manufacturers, rely on our product to manage the complexities of international supply networks, identify high carbon-intensive areas, and find sustainable alternatives.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or operations/strategy, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment. Experience in commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability is highly valued. A right to work in the UK is a mandatory requirement for this position.
