About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of community, creators and content. You’ll be responsible for making sure our audience feels heard, our creators feel supported, and our UGC and affiliate programmes run smoothly in execution.
This is not a brand strategy or influencer role. It’s for someone who enjoys building structure, consistency and momentum behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams and play a meaningful role in shaping how our brand shows up day-to-day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Community Management
- Own day-to-day community engagement across social channels
- Respond to comments and DMs using an established brand tone
- Spot patterns in questions, feedback and sentiment and feed these back to the team
- Escalate sensitive or high-impact conversations when needed
UGC & Creator Management
- Identify, outreach to and coordinate with micro-creators and UGC partners
- Manage UGC submissions, approvals, usage rights and whitelisting permissions
- Organise and maintain a clean UGC asset library
- Track creator deliverables, timelines and performance
Affiliates Programme Management
- Support onboarding of new affiliates and creators
- Maintain affiliate links, codes and tracking
- Proactively follow up with inactive or underperforming affiliates
- Ensure the programme remains tidy, fair and effective
Organic Social Operations
- Support organic posting and scheduling across platforms
- Ensure captions, tags, links and formats are accurate and on-brand
- Track and report on key engagement metrics
- Support testing and iteration of content formats through UGC insights
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing community, UGC or affiliates for a DTC, e-commerce or consumer brand
- Strong written communication skills and a natural feel for social platforms
- Highly organised with a systems-first mindset
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers and shared drives
- Calm, reliable and proactive
You don’t need to be an influencer, content creator or strategist.
