Role Summary

Role Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Process Operator in the food manufacturing industry
- Postsecondary non-degree certificate or associate degree in a related field
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and come up with constructive solutions
- Proficient in English with good HACCP knowledge
- Must be physically able to climb stairs/ladders and exert up to 50 pounds of force

The Role: As a Process Operator at our Millville factory, you will be responsible for the production of our oatbase, our basic oat product. Your duties will include controlling the automated production process, monitoring quality and quantity, ensuring timely delivery of production in a safe and high-quality manner, taking samples, conducting inspections, checking technical installations, performing basic laboratory testing (pH, viscosity, total solids, and titration), solving first-line technical problems, drawing up and recording reports in our documentation system, carrying out cleaning and maintenance work, operating and monitoring our process equipment, and contributing to our Food Safety Culture and Health, Environment, and Safety environment. You will also participate in working groups to achieve process improvements.
Who You Are: You have at least 2 years of experience as a Process Operator in the food manufacturing industry. You should have a postsecondary non-degree certificate or associate degree in a related field like Food Processing or Manufacturing Technology. We are looking for someone with a great sense of responsibility, flexibility to adapt quickly to changes, the ability to come up with constructive solutions, developed analytical thinking skills, excellent English language skills, and good HACCP knowledge. You should also be able to climb several flights of stairs and ladders and exert up to 50 pounds of force at times.
