Role Summary

  • Manage financial frameworks in dynamic environments
  • Perform scenario planning and reporting on product innovation and cost-saving projects
  • Interact closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams, reporting to the VP Supply Chain Finance.

Role Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience in a Finance/Sales analytical role for a CPG or food company
  • Strong knowledge of the supply chain operations
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data modeling
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or Economics (MBA a bonus)

The role: As the SO Finance Manager - Innovation, you will be responsible for building financial frameworks in fast-changing environments, asking the right questions, and aiding teams in making smarter, data-driven decisions. This role involves scenario planning and reporting on product innovation, renovation, and cost-saving project business cases. You will work closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams, reporting directly to the VP Supply Chain Finance.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a CPG or food company in a Finance or Sales analytical role, a strong understanding of supply chain operations, and advanced Excel and data modeling skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or Economics is required; an MBA is a bonus.
