The Role: We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to manage two of our major Grocery retailers. Oatly has a significant presence across all major and minor grocery outlets, delivering over £100 million in retail value sales. We have demonstrated the strength of our brand and the plant-based sector by growing total category value and winning market share. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers, developing and executing customer joint business plans, planning and negotiating NPD launches with sustainable commercial agreements, and providing regular performance analysis.
Who You Are: You should have direct experience managing major grocers, ideally Sainsburys or Tesco, at a SNAM or experienced NAM level. Strong commercial and financial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze data to uncover performance trends are essential. You should be comfortable having difficult conversations and able to adapt your communication style as needed. Being commutable to London is necessary for building relationships with both customers and the Oatly team.
