Role Summary

  • Conduct routine maintenance of onsite process equipment including mills, pumps, and heat exchangers.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Manage relationships with maintenance/technical contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and safety procedures.

Role Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or more with fluent English skills.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Food or Process industry, specifically with preventive maintenance.
  • Technical skills and qualifications like a Black Seal license, high voltage certification, as well as competence in MS Office and CMMS.

The role: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Millville, New Jersey. This position involves regular routine maintenance and repair of onsite process equipment such as mills, decanters, pumps, and heat exchangers. You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance, manage relationships with maintenance/technical contractors, and ensure that food safety, GMPs, and safety practices are closely followed.

Job requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to read, write, and speak English. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in the Food or Process industry working with preventive maintenance. Technical skills and certifications such as Black Seal license, high voltage certification, and IT competence in MS Office and CMMS are necessary.
