As our National Field Lead for Germany, you will steer our dedicated field team, ensuring Oatly's stronghold in the retail sector through first-rate distribution and visibility, and foster strong partnerships.
Role Summary:
- Lead and manage a team of 20 individuals
- Oversee Oatly’s penetration and growth in the retail food sector
- Develop the team’s skills, coaching and inspiring them to meet set goals and priorities.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- An in-depth understanding of the German LEH sector
- Strategic and structured focus, with a love for responsibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in growth companies or transformational processes is a plus.
- Must be proficient in German and English.

The role: As the National Field Lead for Germany, you will lead our German LEH field team of 20 people. Your main responsibilities include ensuring Oatly's presence and establishment in the retail food sector with perfect market execution, top distribution, visibility, and strong relationships with trade partners. You will develop, coach, and inspire your team, setting clear goals and priorities to make Oatly tangible and successful in LEH.
Job requirements: You should have at least 2 years of experience leading an LEH field team and be familiar with the structures, processes, and dynamics within the German LEH. You should be strategic, structured, enjoy responsibility, and thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment. Experience in growth organizations or transformation processes is a plus. Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required.
