Role Summary:

  • Assure production quality by enforcing good manufacturing practices.
  • Validate processes and perform audits.
  • Work on system improvements and provide vital documentation.
  • Develop and optimize quality assurance as per BRC regulations.
  • Create new SOPs, conduct internal and external audits.
  • Support the Quality Manager in regulatory activities.


Role Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality documentation or auditing role in food/beverage manufacturing.
  • 5+ years' overall experience in food, chemistry, or science, preferable.
  • Certifications in HACCP and PCQI are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in document management systems.

The role: We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team in Millville, New Jersey. This role involves assuring consistent production quality by enforcing good manufacturing practice systems, validating processes, performing audits, handling system improvements, and providing documentation. You will develop and optimize quality assurance according to BRC regulations, develop new SOPs, carry out internal and external audits, and support the Quality Manager with regulatory activities.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of experience in a quality documentation or auditing role in food or beverage manufacturing. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in food, chemistry, or science is preferred. Certifications in HACCP and PCQI are a plus, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems.
