As a Financial Accountant, you will join our Finance team on a fixed-term contract and play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Wellcome's financial records. Your responsibilities will include preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements to provide insights into our financial health. You will also manage accounting adjustments, develop financial policies, and support other departments with financial advice to facilitate informed decision-making.
Job requirements include meticulous attention to detail, experience in developing accounting processes, and a qualification in ACA/ACCA/CIMA. You should have a background in accounting or audit, with specific experience in financial control processes and preferably in investment, charity, or grant accounting.
