Role Summary
- Develop, lead, and coordinate the Activity Plan for reimagining Kew's iconic Palm House
- Create a vibrant tropical rainforest accentuating the remarkable biodiversity and their value in regulating the global climate and the urgency of their conservation
- Develop a comprehensive Delivery Phase plan for submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund from January to August 2026

- Proven record in stakeholder engagement and proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Ability to consult with target groups, gather & analyze data, produce quality reports, and boost audience development via co-creation of engaging and inclusive plans

The role: As an Activity Plan Coordinator, you will lead the development of the various components of the Activity Plan for the major reimagining of Kew's iconic Palm House. This involves creating a vibrant tropical rainforest that highlights the extraordinary biodiversity of these ecosystems, their crucial role in regulating the global climate, and the urgent need for their protection. From January to August 2026, you will work on a Delivery Phase plan for submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Job requirements: We are seeking two highly experienced and dynamic professionals with a strong record of stakeholder engagement and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will consult with target audiences, gather and analyze data, produce high-quality reports, and facilitate audience development through co-creating plans and shaping learning and engagement approaches that are relevant, inclusive, and inspiring for priority groups.
