The Role: As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading the hospitality operations at The Dores Inn. Your main duties will include setting the tone on the floor, coordinating the team, and ensuring operational standards, safety, and service quality are maintained at all times. Additionally, you will provide Duty Manager cover across other Loch Ness venues, ensuring consistent standards and a seamless guest experience across the region. This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-first leader who excels in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Job Requirements: We are looking for a confident hospitality professional with a strong beverage background. You should have a calm, personable manner, excellent organizational skills, and a solutions-focused approach. Your ability to handle busy shifts, navigate challenges professionally, and support your colleagues is crucial. You must be adaptable and approachable, ready to step into Duty Manager responsibilities at various locations, delivering excellent service and fostering strong teamwork.
