Role Summary
- Produce accurate and timely financial information for commercial decision-making
- Perform month-end reporting, margin analysis, stock accounting, and forecasting
- Partner with operational teams to enhance financial performance
- Support the automation of finance processes and adoption of AI-enabled tools
Role Requirements
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) with minimum 3 years of similar experience
- Management accounting experience preferably in retail, ecommerce, or a product-based business
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Comfortable in a multi-entity, international environment and experience with intercompany accounting and group reporting

We are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team at our London Brand Hub on a hybrid basis, working 2 days per week from Neal Street, Covent Garden.
The role: As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support commercial decision-making across our fast-growing business. Your responsibilities will include month-end reporting, margin analysis, stock accounting, forecasting, and partnering with operational teams to improve financial performance. You will also support the automation of finance processes, help adopt AI-enabled tools, and challenge manual or legacy ways of working.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. You should have strong management accounting experience, preferably in retail, ecommerce, or a product-based business. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, are essential. You should also be comfortable working in a multi-entity, international environment and have experience with intercompany accounting and group reporting.
