BIT, a global research and innovation consultancy, is seeking a full-time Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days per week in the office.

The organisation - BIT is part of Nesta, a foundation dedicated to innovation and research that addresses significant societal challenges. We focus on developing and scaling high-potential solutions through a blend of qualitative and quantitative research, data science, behavioural science, and design.

The role - As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications plans and campaigns that enhance BIT's brand health and support business development. You will work closely with global teams to leverage audience analysis and market research, ensuring our marketing efforts align with strategic business goals. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing projects, collaborating with the communications team, and developing go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Job requirements - The ideal candidate will have significant experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment. You should be an effective project manager, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and translating complex messages into clear communications. A deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and projects are essential.
