Role Summary

  • Oversee the financial health of the organization.

Role Requirements

The Role

As the CFO/Global Director of Finance at Educate!, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include strategic financial planning, managing financial systems, ensuring compliance, and leading our financial reporting initiatives. This position is pivotal in supporting our ambitious impact objectives through effective financial oversight and strategic analysis.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of strategic leadership experience, with a strong background in financial operations and systems management. While specific finance leadership experience is not mandatory, a solid understanding of strategic financial management and system oversight is essential. We are looking for a candidate who is a strategic problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively with global teams.
