About the Role

- Strategic Development: Partner on select extra-large enterprise agreements as a development opportunity, gaining alignment across cross-functional stakeholders for high-impact deals.
- End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Act as the primary operator for ENG/IT portfolios, independently managing the full lifecycle of POs and contracts within Coupa and Ironclad.
- Operational Problem Solving: Resolve complex blockers between AP, Legal, and vendors while ensuring all financial commitments are accurately captured and tracked to closure.
- Workflow Optimization: Diagnose inefficiencies in technical procurement workflows and implement rule-based automation or process adjustments to improve lead times.
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate transactional data from Coupa into actionable sourcing opportunities, presenting clear hypotheses to leadership to influence spend strategy.
In order to be successful, you must bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of independently leading pricing and legal negotiations for medium-to-large scale software, hardware, and technical service agreements.
- Direct experience managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle within orchestration tools (e.g. Zip, Omnea), Coupa (P2P) and Ironclad (CLM) or similar enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong subject matter expertise in technical sourcing, including a solid understanding of Engineering and IT spend categories.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity by analyzing root causes and developing well-reasoned solutions with limited data.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuasively influence decisions and distill complex procurement data for leadership stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge of vendor risk mitigation and data privacy standards such as CCPA and/or GDPR.
