  • Role Summary:
    • B2B Client Operations Manager based in North Somerset office.
    • Managing partner operations, entire order lifecycle, returns, invoicing.
    • Primary contact for B2B client support and relationship management.

The role: As a B2B Client Operations Manager based at our Barley Wood, North Somerset office, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the operations for our wholesale partners. This includes overseeing the entire order lifecycle from entry to shipping, managing returns, invoicing, and ensuring that our partners receive excellent service. You will be the primary point of contact for B2B client support and relationship management, working closely with our Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to drive process improvements and develop standard operating procedures for scaling our operations.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably within the retail or footwear industry. You should have a proven track record of working with B2B customers in a retail or wholesale environment and managing customer order books across seasonal and sale orders. Familiarity with platforms like NetSuite or SAP is essential. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and remains calm under pressure. A collaborative, customer-first mindset is crucial for this role.
