Role Summary

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for our active category throughout the year.

  • Lead the active category content strategy across various channels, including Paid Media, CRM, and Web.

Role Requirements

  • Experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within eCommerce or product-led brands.
  • Solid digital background with experience in creating and optimizing content for performance marketing channels.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional planning and have a proven record of turning data into strategy.
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com is a plus.
  • Passionate about training, natural movement, an active lifestyle, and embody our regenerative values.

Vivobarefoot is on a mission to change the toxic, sedentary lifestyles that are harming humans and the planet. As a company that combines footwear with health and wellbeing, we are seeking a Marketing Lead to join us on a 7-month paternity cover contract starting in March 2026.

The role: As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for our active category across four seasons. You will drive the campaign direction, ensuring that our narratives are bold, distinctive, and aligned with Vivobarefoot's brand essence. Your role will involve co-leading campaigns, balancing creative storytelling with commercial performance, and maintaining detailed project plans. You will also lead the active category content strategy across various channels including Paid Media, CRM, and Web.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within eCommerce or product-led brands. A strong digital background is essential, with hands-on experience creating and optimizing content for performance marketing channels. You should be comfortable leading cross-functional planning and have a track record of interpreting data to inform strategy. Experience with Monday.com or equivalent project management tools is a bonus. Additionally, a passion for training, natural movement, and an active lifestyle is crucial, along with a genuine connection to our regenerative values.
