Role Summary

Manage strategic logistics initiatives improving the efficiency and sustainability of our global supply chain. Drive RFPs and tenders using operational logistics expertise. Manage end-to-end logistics projects such as warehouse optimisation, transportation upgrades and system rollouts. Build project plans, timelines, budgets, and efficiently allocate resources. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Operations, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with company standards.

Role Requirements

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex logistics projects. Project Management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable. Demonstrate sharp analytical skills, excellent organisation, and experience with systems such as Netsuite, SAP, WMS, TMS. Prior experience in international logistics, customs compliance, and sustainability in the supply chain is beneficial.

Vivobarefoot is a pioneering company dedicated to creating innovative products that help move people, ideas, and the industry forward. We are currently seeking a Logistics Improvement Project Manager to join our team at our Bristol Nature HQ on a hybrid basis.

The role: As a Logistics Improvement Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic logistics initiatives that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our global supply chain. Your main tasks will include driving RFPs and tenders with operational logistics expertise, leading end-to-end logistics projects such as warehouse optimisation, transportation upgrades, and system rollouts. You will build project plans, timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, IT, and external partners, ensuring smooth project delivery and compliance with company standards.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a similar field, with at least 5 years of experience leading complex logistics projects. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is highly desirable. You should possess sharp analytical skills, excellent organisation, and be experienced with systems such as Netsuite, SAP, WMS, TMS. Experience in international logistics, customs compliance, and sustainability in the supply chain will be advantageous.
