- Experience with purpose-driven or premium brands is a plus.

The role: As the DACH Sales Manager, you will lead Vivobarefoot's commercial growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for expanding and managing wholesale and strategic partnerships while ensuring strong alignment with Vivobarefoot's purpose, values, and long-term vision. This role requires a balance of commercial excellence, relationship leadership, and brand leadership in our most important European region.
Job requirements: You will need to have 10+ years of footwear sales experience within the outdoor, sports, or premium lifestyle space. A proven track record managing wholesale accounts in the DACH region is essential. Strong understanding of the German-speaking retail landscape and buying patterns is required. Experience with purpose-driven, premium, or challenger brands is highly desirable. Skills needed include strong commercial acumen with a long-term, values-led mindset, excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability, and comfort working independently in a remote, international environment.
Benefits: You will act as Vivobarefoot's brand ambassador in the DACH region, represent the brand at trade shows, events, and community activations, and identify and develop regionally relevant growth opportunities. You will also collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver impactful retail activations, provide market feedback, ensure smooth order execution, and report on performance and strategic opportunities.
