Supermassive Games is known for delivering some of the most famous and captivating AAA games in the world, including the BAFTA-winning Until Dawn and The Dark Pictures Anthology. We're seeking a mid-level Producer to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This vital role involves people and project management, running multiple cross-disciplinary teams and overseeing key development areas from start to finish. Responsibilities involve;
- Managing several cross-disciplinary goal teams.
- Running daily catchups with teams to review progress and address issues.
- Ensuring sprints are planned with tasks well-estimated and prioritised.
- Mentoring a team of individuals and providing leadership and feedback.
Requirements include;
- Proven experience as a Producer within game development.
- Experience in scrum teams and milestone delivery.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, ShotGrid or similar tools.

We have an opening for a mid-level Producer on a fixed-term contract basis.
With both people and project management responsibilities, you’ll run multiple cross-disciplinary goal teams and supervise key areas of development from concept to completion.
You’ll manage several goals simultaneously, taking responsibility for major features or project areas, helping teams prioritise work, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality content on time.
This is a fixed term contract until November 2026 (we therefore cannot offer sponsorship for this vacancy)
The main responsibilities will be:
- Manage several cross-disciplinary goal teams, taking accountability for the quality of implementation
- Run daily catchups with goal teams to review progress and address any issues
- Create and maintain goal tasks in project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Ensure sprints are planned and ready to start with tasks well-estimated and prioritised
- Conduct regular task and milestone tracking to ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor the implementation of project goals, providing constructive feedback to team members
- Assist in prioritising tasks based on project needs and deadlines, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly Proactively raise challenges to the project’s progress, highlighting concerns to the project leadership and providing suggestions for solutions
- Proactively address and manage issues affecting project delivery and team performance
- Develop contingency plans to handle unforeseen challenges and ensure project continuity
- Line manage a team of individuals, providing leadership, support and feedback
- Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1’s to evaluate team members' achievements, areas for improvement, and professional goals
- Partner with Discipline Leads to ensure performance reviews include constructive feedback, actionable insights, and clear objectives
- Deliver clear, constructive feedback and manage poor performance efficiently
- Provide regular coaching and mentoring to help team members navigate career paths and personal growth
Requirements
Experience and skills that would best suit this position:
- Proven experience as a Producer within game development.
- Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and multi-discipline workflows.
- Experience running or supporting scrum teams and delivering against defined milestones.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in decision-making, prioritisation, and problem-solving under pressure.
- Ability to navigate complex schedules, dependencies, and shifting priorities.
- A collaborative mindset aligned with our values of openness, quality, and supporting others.
- Experience with Jira, ShotGrid, or similar production tools would be beneficial
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing people and teams
