The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll gain knowledge across our various verticals. These include viewings, tenant onboarding, compliance, and property management. You'll then own one vertical that matches your strengths—sales, operations, or product.

You'll be client-facing from day one. You'll also undergo structured training across property compliance, AI, automation, CRM systems, and cybersecurity. You'll learn how modern lettings works. You'll see firsthand how smart systems free us to focus on relationships and problem-solving, not admin.

What You'll Do

• Meet and manage our customers
• Manage compliance and documentation
• Support property management operations
• Keep our systems current and optimised
• Learn and develop AI-powered workflows
• Handle general support and problem-solving
• Work with team members across our verticals

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) – we value critical thinking and the ability to learn
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you've started your own project, side hustle, or initiative outside of your studies or day job. We don't care if it made money or "failed." We care that you had an idea, took initiative, and learned from the experience
• Tech-savvy – comfortable with software, apps, and digital tools. Eager to learn automation and AI systems
• People-focused – you build rapport easily and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Organised and proactive – you juggle multiple priorities without dropping balls
• Problem-solver – you question assumptions and look for better ways
• Quick learner – new tools and systems excite you, not intimidate you
• Clear communicator – confident in writing and conversation
• Digital fluency – experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, project management tools, or similar platforms
