Job Summary

The Global Lead Specialist, Operations, will be a critical member of the Climate Advisory team, focused on driving the operational efficiency and scalability of Luumo, South Pole’s digital climate platform. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work with a high degree of autonomy to bridge the gap between technical development, sales, and client success. You will be directly responsible for maintaining efficient processes, ensuring data integrity in Power BI and Salesforce, and leading change management efforts to drive internal adoption of digital decarbonisation offerings globally.

Main Responsibilities

Operational Process & Tool Management

  • Maintain and optimize efficient processes and tools to support the rapid market growth of Digital Advisory products.

  • Act as the primary coordinator for Jira projects, ensuring technical tasks align with business priorities.

  • Coordinate with Legal and GDBS teams to ensure operational workflows (contracting, data privacy) are seamless.

Data Stewardship & Insights

  • Own the Luumo PowerBI dashboards, ensuring they are reviewed and updated regularly to provide accurate, data-driven insights for leadership.

  • Manage data flows, including API data extraction to BigQuery, maintaining high standards for data quality and validation.

Content & Training

  • Develop, maintain, and quarterly review all Luumo guidance and FAQ materials to ensure "Zero outdated guidance."

  • Lead "Luumo engagement projects" to drive internal adoption among consultants and Client Success Managers (CSMs).

  • Create training materials that translate complex platform features into actionable consultant workflows.

Workflow Efficiency

  • Ensure that new tasks and activities are accurately created in Salesforce (SF) for the CSM team.

  • Oversee the "Manual update SF and AQ" processes to prevent backlogs and ensure reporting accuracy.

Essential Profile Requirements

Educational Background & Experience

  • Degree in Degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Sustainability, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in operational roles, specifically within digital platforms or professional services.

  • Demonstrated experience leading process changes and driving tool adoption within a global, cross-functional team.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (including data validation), Salesforce, and Jira.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams (Legal, Sales, CSM) without direct authority.

Analytical Orientation: Ability to identify patterns in datasets to drive Advisory insights and maintain high standards for data quality.

Communication: Excellent English oral and written skills, with the ability to translate complex platform features into actionable workflows for non-technical stakeholders.

Autonomy: Highly self-motivated with a proactive, ownership-driven approach, capable of working independently while navigating a rapidly changing digital landscape.
