Key responsibilities include assisting the Marketing Director in shaping marketing strategies using market research, managing B2B PR content, overseeing social media accounts, familiarizing oneself with the product offerings, managing suppliers, and contributing to multi-channel marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will also handle the US B2B marketing calendar, prepare and deliver reports, work closely with the sales and customer success teams, contribute to the launching of enhancements, and create content to drive engagement and revenue.
Some requirements include project management experience, passion for both B2B and B2C communications, and creative and analytical mindset.

The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for managing the company's B2B marketing and acquisition initiatives. If you are a creative, quick thinking marketing professional with experience across both traditional and digital marketing channels, then this is the role for you.
You will be responsible for helping to sell a suite of products to potential business customers and help them understand how Unbiased can solve their business needs by becoming an essential part of the way they market their business locally or nationally and grow/manage their sales pipeline through the tools available as part of our overall solution.
From leveraging data capture to supporting online marketing campaigns you will be responsible for helping to drive online conversion and deliver leads to the sales team. You will align messaging and deliver a promotional strategy while continuing to increase the brand value and average revenue.
You will be able to demonstrate sound management of production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns and will be great at working within budgets to develop cost effective marketing campaigns, that achieve the desired results and deliver ROI.
In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…
• Supporting the Marketing Director in developing marketing strategies/plans – Using market research and analysis to develop strategic plans that expand the business customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence across all verticals in the US.
• Supporting the UK Pro Manager in delivering the B2B programmes including building B2B PR content to support business customer acquisition, retention and lapsed customer/churn campaigns
• Administer social media accounts—scope and support the creation of content for consistent social media presence for B2B social media accounts. Manage the release for a consistent social media presence ensuring a measurable level of engagement and growth.
• Keeping informed of products and services - you must have ability to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered as well as a working knowledge of the vertical markets climate and competition to effectively implement strategies/plans. Ability to oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.
• Managing suppliers - communicating with various media buyers, agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
• Supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the launch and communication of new products and services to business customers.
• Supporting the Marketing Director on marketing planning, budget management and the delivery of board presentations.
• Owning of the overall US B2B marketing calendar, working closely with the marketing team to ensure projects, initiatives and tasks are documented and reported.
• Preparing and delivering results reports to the Marketing Director - including customer/consumer acquisition results against campaign and monthly forecasted targets.
• Working closely with the sales, customer success and customer support teams as one strong team to deliver on overall targets ensuring they have the quality of leads they need to drive conversions.
• Working closely with the Product and Tech teams to support launch of enhancements, new features, products and services on the Unbiased consumer and business customer websites, create new content and information to drive engagement, enquiries, subscriptions and revenue.
To succeed, you’ll need…
- Project Management experience—Scrum experience is a plus! Understanding and experience in project management platforms, including Asana, Jira and Miro, is very helpful.
- A passion for both B2B and B2C communications and the ability to quickly shift between the two audiences.
- Data and analytical mindset. Creativity is a must for every marketer. We want someone who can use that creativity to analysis and develop plans that meet the business growth goals and align leverage data to evaluate those plans.
