The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic intern to join our Growth team. You will work in a very dynamic team of creative and client-focused profesionals and you will have the chance to gain insight into, knowledge of, and hands-on experience in the recruitment segment. You will be part of every aspect of our recruitment operations from start to finish.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a non-paid internship with a part-time schedule (20 hours per week). The initial term for this internship is 3 months (expected start date in June or July at the latest), however, based on interns' results and Livit's internal workload we are open to exploring potential employment following the internship. Lastly, we are open to candidates across Indonesia and with that to different setups as well: fully remote, hybrid remote or office-based (for candidates based in Bali).
Responsibilities :
- Placing job postings on all relevant social media platforms and job boards
- Supporting all relevant talent outreach campaigns
- Acting as the POC (point of contact) for the designated candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Managing candidates in our ATS (application tracking system)
- Taking part in or leading interviews
- Assisting our recruiters with administration tasks
You are ideal for this opportunity if:
- You are proficient in English and have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- You are eager and open to learning and applying your new knowledge in practice.
- You are a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
- You have good computer skills (ideally familiar with GSuite, Slack, Asana and any ATS ) or at least openness to learning and using new online tools.
- You have a genuine interest in Recruitment and/or Human Resources.
- You have a "Hands-on" and "Can-do" mindset.
- You poses impeccable work ethics and quality standards.
