Role Summary
- Provide leadership to the learning products, learning design and accreditation teams with an objective to drive excellence.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of our learning products.
- Lead accreditation activities in the EMEA zone, including French certification (RNCP) and implementing ECTS mechanisms across all programs.
- Stay updated with the EdTech market trends, conducting market analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams for achieving company goals.

- Proven experience and expertise in professional training, higher education markets and European accreditation.
- Strong people management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.

- Fluency in written and verbal English and French (C1 level or above).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The VP Learning plays a central role at OpenClassrooms. You will be at the heart of our mission of building up our learning products around the skills that our students need to thrive on-the-job, and which leads them to affordable, state-endorsed diplomas. The VP Learning is committed to providing top quality education at scale.
- Lead the learning products, learning design and accreditation teams with a shared objective of driving excellence throughout our pedagogical model, from content creation to student experience. Foster effective coordination and collaboration among these teams to ensure the highest quality of teaching and learning.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and profitability of our learning products. Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in order to enhance student outcomes and drive business success.
- Lead the accreditation activities in the EMEA zone, including filing for French certification (RNCP), implementing ECTS mechanisms across all our programs, and seeking recognition from CAMES (Conseil Africain et Malgache pour l'Enseignement Supérieur).
- Optimize our content production and maintenance processes to ensure swift delivery and ensure very high level of up to date content
- Establish and maintain a robust talent acquisition process to attract and retain highly skilled subject matter experts. Build a strong network of experts who can contribute to the development of high-quality educational content.
- Design a competency-based framework to serve as the foundation for OpenClassrooms' learning programs. Ensure that our programs align with industry requirements and provide students with relevant skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on the evolving trends and developments in the EdTech market. Conduct thorough market analyses to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with teams across OpenClassrooms to align efforts and work towards achieving the company's goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Experience and expertise in professional training and higher education markets.
- Experience and expertise in European accreditation and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong people management skills: Proven ability to recruit, manage, retain, and develop talent effectively.
- Collaborative team player with excellent decision-making skills: Capable of working well within a team while providing clear direction and making informed decisions.
- Relationship building across all organizational levels: Skilled at establishing and maintaining trustful and respectful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the company.
- Detail-oriented multitasker: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach: Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
- Automation mindset: Proactive in identifying opportunities to automate tasks and streamline business processes for increased efficiency.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and French (C1 level or above): Possesses excellent communication skills in both languages, enabling effective communication within an international organization.
